The situation

How much does it cost to design a trade show booth?

Booth projects are scoped to your show, size, and production requirements. Basic design packages start in the mid four-figures; full-production programs with vendor management and on-site support are typically a five-figure investment. Large-format and multi-show programs are custom-quoted. Every project is fully priced before work begins — no surprise invoices.

How long does it take?

Three design concepts are in your inbox within 24 hours of submitting your brief. Full production — concept approval through fabrication, shipping, and setup — takes 4–6 weeks for standard 10×10 and 10×20 booths. Rush turnarounds of 2–3 weeks are possible when the situation calls for it.

What's included?

Every engagement includes strategic analysis of your show and audience, multiple design concepts (layouts, materials, messaging hierarchy), complete booth copy written for a busy show floor, and production-ready specs.
